The Associate Pastor of NextGen Ministries at Bethany Covenant Church holds a full-time position responsible for developing, directing and coordinating all aspects of the Youth Ministry, which includes grades 6-12. Called by God, the Pastor collaborates with staff and the congregation on an ongoing basis to fulfill Bethany’s mission.
