Women's Worship Weekend
January 29-30, 2010

Amazing Love, how can it be...

"Amazing Love"

SAVE THE DATE, ladies, the Women's Worship Weekend 2010 is coming in January and promises to be a completely new experience for an event that has become an annual escape from the cold for the women of Bethany Covenant Church and the surrounding community.

"Amazing Love" is our theme. Join us as we delve into the truths of God's amazing, powerful love that saves us, transforms us and sustains us. Hear from our 2 speakers, Diane Hallenbeck and Diane Dunkle, sing praises with our Praise and Worship Leaders, Courtney Crowder and Terry Barton, laugh with friends and hear God speak.

With Haiti so much on our minds, we will also have a Book Sale fund-raiser at the conference with all proceeds going to World Vision.

We are therefore in need of donations of NEW or ALMOST NEW books to sell that are written by known Christian authors.

If you have books to donate, please drop them off at the Bethany Covenant church office by January 29th.

When: Friday, Jan. 29 from 6:30 - 9 PM (desserts will be served)
Saturday, Jan. 30 from 8:30 - 1 PM (lunch is included)
Sunday Worship at 9 AM and 10:30 AM

Where: Bethany Covenant Church One Covenant Way in Bedford, NH

Cost: A $10 donation is appreciated  to cover expenses, but not necessary. This is a "recession proof" Women's Worship Weekend, open to anyone who wants to come!

Info: Download the brochure, or Email Diane Dunkle for more information.

SPEAKERS:

Diane Hallenbeck... is married to Kevin and is the mother of 5 children living in Bedford, NH. She has a passion for helping women to hear God more clearly. Here first book, "Called by Grace to Glory" seeks to open up our perspective of who God is so that we can receive God's "heart of love". Diane was raised in upstate New York and graduated from the State University College of Fredonia with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. Diane loves being in Word, has led the Women's Ministry at her church, conducts retreats and listening seminars and longs to be faithfully used while never sacrificing her own listening time with God. She enjoys reading and studying the Early Church Fathers, gardening, sewing and baking bread. www.dianehallenbeck.com

Diane Dunkle... lives in Bedford, NH with her husband, Steve and is the proud mother of 2 grown sons. Diane has experienced God as the divine and miraculous rescuer and this fuels her desire to see women and men of all backgrounds to realize more and more of who God is and how mighty He is to save. Diane was raised in Pennsylvania, spent her 20's in Los Angeles and has lived in NH for 16 years where she is blessed to live near her parents and brother's family. She loves putting together events that bring people closer to God, serves in many leadership roles in her church and desires to see her past used to help others to be set free from theirs. She loves being with her family, skiing, boating, running and speaking about God to whoever will listen.

The Bethany Covenant Women's Worship Weekend is an "in-church retreat", an annual gathering of the women and friends of Bethany Covenant Church to celebrate the love of Jesus in fellowship with one another and to learn about God and grow in faith. The weekend provides an opportunity for a retreat experience without having to leave town. Join us on a journey into the heart of God as we learn about the love of God and His amazing power that saves, transforms and sustains us through the challenges, struggles, sufferings and blessings of our daily walk with Him.

The church grew in numbers, living in the fear of the Lord.

The Cross.

Growing
the
kingdom
of God,
one
disciple
at a time.
