Small Groups
"Grow deeper in Christ by expanding our small group
ministry to embrace 70% of our church family."
We affirm that Bethany’s primary avenue to growing disciples will be a
vibrant small group ministry. Small groups are critical to a church’s
ability to thrive, especially when a church is growing. Through small
groups, we seek to see people deepened in prayer, study of the Word, and
fellowship with one another. This objective will be reached by continuing
to create a culture where being a part of a small group is the norm,
highlighting the value of small groups during worship services and church
gatherings, developing new small group leaders and creating
non-traditional small groups meeting a diversity of needs in our church.
By adding six new groups per year, this objective will be achieved.
