"The Leadership Team shall be responsible for guarding the values, doctrine and mission of Bethany Covenant Church and guiding its vision and strategy as approved by the congregation. The Leadership Team shall be responsible for building, maintaining, and overseeing the spiritual welfare of the congregation, for directing and overseeing all ministries and business affairs of the church, and for recommending and overseeing future directions and goals." -- Our ByLaws

Under our ByLaws, we are guided by a Leadership Team. Under this team is a Mutual Ministry, Committee, a Stewardship Committee, and various Ministry Teams..	LT Retreat 2008	Here is our Organization Chart.
