LANGUAGE, the
development of the ability to ask questions, explain ideas and carry on
conversations. Development of a love of books, an appreciation of literature,
the skills of listening and speaking, and pre-reading and writing concepts. Both
whole language and phonetic approaches are used.
MATHEMATICS, to
recognize the quantitative aspects of numbers, shapes, measurements, time and
sequencing. A hands on approach is used. |

PHYSICAL EDUCATION, to provide a balanced program of developmental movement to foster
control of the body, and to encourage enjoyment of games.

about and hear the stories and people of the bible.
