2010 Budget Meeting Documents
June 13, 2010 Immediately following the 9:30 Service, Sunday, June 13th Bethany Covenant Church held a Congregational Meeting to consider approval of the Budget for FY 2011. A record Ninety-two engaged members met and discussed the budget, and proposed amendments in a spirit of respect and humility. The clear agenda was to seek to discover what is best for Bethany Covenant Church as we continue towards Bethany 2014 Vision under the direction of our Lord. Members of the Leadership Team, Staff and the Financial Oversight Team will be present at these meetings to answer your questions. Please plan to attend one of these meetings. Diane Hallenbeck organized a prayer Team to bring our proceedings before the Lord. On Sunday June 13th there was one service at 9:30. Sunday School took place during the Worship Service. Immediately following was the Congregational Meeting. During the meeting a special program for all children took place as well as Nursery for the little ones. Immediately following the meeting we had a light lunch of Pizza, Fruit and Drinks available for all. A free will offering was taken to offset the cost of this lunch. We looked forward to all attending this important meeting as we reviewed our progress of the last Fiscal Year and make plans for the upcoming year. A record 92 members attended. Church Leadership is thankful for your participation.
