Administration and Finance Team
Properties CommissionThe Properties Commission is responsible for the Church facilities. Cleaning, maintenance, landscaping, signage, heating, plumbing, pew upkeep, painting, varnishing, and contracting with professionals for work such as steeple improvements and changes to the office layouts, all fall within this function. Financial SecretaryThe Financial Secretary is responsible for processing all of the donations and other income received by the Church. We continue to take advantage of technology to improve the process, and many contribution statements are sent by e-mail to save costs. TreasurerThe Treasurer oversees the disbursement of Church funds for staff payroll, budget and all other expenditures. Financial Oversight TeamThe Financial Oversight Team is a committee of members who possess financial expertise and whose mission is to oversee the accounting procedures, recording-keeping and investment opportunities at Bethany. Technical TeamThe Technical Team is responsible for overall development of the Church's telecommunications and information technology infrastructure. We provide improved communication tools for the staff including telephone switching and voice mail, the Church web site (www.bethanycovenant.com) and our local area computer network.
