SNAT Congregational Meeting
Dec 6th, 2009

Including the report of the Staff Needs Assessment Team

On Sunday, December 6th, 2009 we had a Congregational Meeting to discuss a number of topics.

The first topic was the Staff Needs Assessment Team report and recommendations to the congregation.

The team presented their findings and recommendations and the Leadership Team put forth a motion to endorse the findings and to hire an Associate Pastor. The motion was approved.

In addition Anne Koellmer was elected to the Nominating Committee and Betty Trueheart, Dave Cassidy and Hall Crowder were elected to the Mutual Ministry Committee.

Updates on the parking lot, sign, and sound system were presented as well as Sudanese church plant progress and a proposed time change for early service.
